We’ve resolved the delays in list deletion and contact scoring and are currently addressing only delays in cross-object reporting. We are monitoring to ensure all areas of the tool fully recover. No data has been lost during this time.

Beginning at 10:40 AM ET on March 2, 2021, some HubSpot customers have been experiencing list processing delays of up to 60 minutes. These may have impacted workflow enrollment, active list processing, CRM search, and other tools in HubSpot. We’ve identified the cause of the issue, and list processing is currently catching up. We're working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Our team will update this page when the issue is resolved.
