Disbursements to GCash have been restored at this time. Pending transactions have been cleared, so please refer to your dashboard to confirm final status.

Unfortunately, GCash app performance remains intermittent, so payments via API and XenInvoice remain disabled for the time being. We remain in touch with our partner and will work to re-enable payments as quickly as possible.

We have detected an issue with our GCash channel. Disbursements to GCash cannot be completed at this time and will remain in Pending until the issue is resolved. Payments via API and XenInvoice also cannot be completed at this time, because the GCash app is currently down.
