We've just shipped a fix for this issue, and upload to Review 360 is working normally. We're continuing to monitor performance carefully.

We've confirmed that folks can upload directly to Review 360 from Rise 360, Storyline 360, and Peek 360. Currently you won't be able to upload other content from Review 360 directly. We'll keep you posted on our progress fixing this issue.
