Monitoring

The page load issues as well as the orange triangles have been addressed. Some requested cluster changes may still be delayed, but will progress shortly.

Additionally, cluster changes and creation may be delayed while we are in this state.

Investigating

We are investigating an issue causing slow page loads and blank Atlas web UI pages for some users. Other users may see page load errors, including error code 500. Some customers may see orange warning triangles next to their Atlas hosts. This does not affect the health of Atlas clusters. We will update shortly with more details.
