Monitoring
Our remote testing shows successful service on Claro Brazil. We will unblock the network now and monitor the situation.

Update
While Claro is still working on a solution, we have identified a number of devices that were not switching away from the network and still tried to establish data connections. We have executed connectivity resets for those devices so that they attempt to select an alternative network

Update
Claro Brazil has confirmed that they are having data traffic issues, affecting devices roaming across their network. They are currently working on a solution to restore the service as soon as possible.

Identified
We have blocked Claro for usage until further notice. We expect SIM cards to attach to alternative networks. Please ensure you have activated a relevant rate zone covering Vivo or TIM networks.

We have contacted Claro Brazil and are awaiting their response.
