This issue has been resolved and all components are online and operational. However, our team has identified that some messages are still pending due to redelivery and make take more time before all messages are delivered.

Investigating
We have identified an issue impacting communication between Users and Candidates via email. This includes both the ability to send emails and receive them within SR. Additional areas of the system can also see some delays due to this issue.
