Data processing latencies have returned to normal and we're working through the backlog of jobs to process. We'll continue monitoring until the backlog is fully processed. Our DBAs continue to investigate the root cause of what led to the issue.

Our DBAs believe they have identified a root cause, and have isolated the impact. We're seeing average latency across the cluster decrease, as we work to resolve the issue.

We are investigating an issue causing delayed processing on our US06 cluster. Our DBA and DevOps engineers are engaged. We're seeing no impact on other services, and no data will be lost due to this delay.
