Overall Description of the issue and Affected Services:
The Yotpo Reviews and Ratings on-site widgets were experiencing delayed response time. This affected customers which are using Yotpo's out-of-the-box widgets with the "Immediate update" setting in the Yotpo admin.
The Yotpo Reviews and Ratings API was experiencing delayed response time and possible timeouts.

April 28, 2021 - 14:08 (UTC).

End Time:
April 28, 2021 - 14:56 (UTC).

Business Impact:
The Yotpo Reviews & Ratings widgets might have loaded on-site with a delay. The Yotpo Reviews and Ratings API might have retrieved data with a delay or got timed out.
