Monitoring
Bazaarvoice has implemented a fix for the issue that was preventing C7 SFTP cluster clients to receive their export feed files (ratings feed, standard client feed, etc) since February 4th on both staging and production environments. Clients should have up-to-date files available in the SFTP to download and engineering will continue to monitor the situation to verify that the issue has been fully resolved. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.

Bazaarvoice has identified the root cause of the issue that’s preventing C7 SFTP cluster clients to receive their export feed files (ratings feed, standard client feed, etc) since February 4th on both staging and production environments. Engineering is working on a resolution and will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
