We've re-enabled log processing and we'll be monitoring the backlog. ETA for backlog clearing is around 45 minutes.

The backlog is due to maintenance being performed on the primary database, and this has had an unexpected effect on access log processing. We've temporarily stopped access log processing while waiting for the maintenance to be completed.

Investigating
We're investigating an issue with access log processing slowly, resulting in a backlog; this impacts accounting (e.g. usage, metrics and entitlement restrictions), as well as retrieval and display of recent download logs for repositories. Package downloading/uploading is not affected.
