We have resolved the networking issue with our hosting provider. We had to wait for Humio to catch up on ingesting the older data along with the query queue to be empty. Humio EU Cloud is back up online and operational.

Update
We currently have a ticket open with our hosting provider who have described networking issues on their end as the root cause of this issue. They are looking at a fix at the moment.
