Engineers are continuing to monitor reported affected cloud servers. For clients who have reported a degraded performance, further assistance is being provided within raised Support cases. If you believe your cloud server has been impacted, please notify our Support team via the MySAU portal who can assist you further.

Engineers believe they have identified the source of the disruption and are actively implementing mitigation strategies to bring affected services back to normal performance. Further information will be provided in a subsequent update as engineers continue their work.

Engineers are reviewing received reports from some clients that connectivity with our Cloud Server platform is slower than expected, or are experiencing timeouts. An investigation is currently underway and further updates will be provided as this is identified.
