ThreatX Engineering has identified the cause of the outage as a misconfiguration and has resolved the incident. Customers should once again be able to log in and access the ThreatX Dashboard web application as normal.
At this time we do not have any reason to believe that ThreatX Protection services were negatively impacted in any way in the course of this incident.

ThreatX Engineering has received reports that the ThreatX Dashboard web application is inaccessible and timing out during attempts to login. Engineering has verified the reports and is investigating the problem to determine cause and next steps.
At this time we do not have any reason to believe that ThreatX Protection services are negatively impacted in any way.
