Dear partners,

Our cloud provider managed to resolve the network issue and the service is restored. Consumption of availability messages has been reinstated, hence processing of messages waiting in the queues has commenced.

We will be monitoring closely the behavior of the system to assure our availability data is up to date, and if required will reach out to impacted partners in case any additional actions are required.

PROS has requested a Root Cause Analysis to assure the required improvements are set in place to prevent similar issues going forward.

The impact has been narrowed down to MQ AVS/NAVS message processing, hence affected customers might be getting outdated availability data
upon executing OneSearch requests.

The underlying issue is a networking anomaly on our hosting provider end and we are working with them to assist them in troubleshooting and addressing the issue.

We will be sharing additional updates as soon as there are news.
