Monitoring
We would like to inform you that our engineers have implemented a fix that should solve the caching issue which has arisen after the January LMS365 release.
The solution is deploying the updated SPFX package for your Tenant that would allow dealing with inconsistencies after the release. Your admins should follow the steps from this article to make those changes:
https://helpcenter.elearningforce.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001535949-How-to-manually-update-the-SPFX-package-for-your-Tenant
That change will reset the cache for all users in their organization, so they shouldn’t do it by themselves. Also, that should help in case a large organization with a lot of users is affected.
Another method to address this was previously mentioned as a workaround. Users, who experience the issue, can individually clear cache for “365.systems” and “sharepoint.com”.
