The custom field conditional modifiers feature was backed out of the 3.23.4 release due to it being incompatible with certain workflows. We worked to update this during our 3.24.1.0 development cycle; however, we erroneously included that previously backed out feature. Once this was brought to our attention we reverted to the version of the code that excluded this new feature.
