We are glad to inform you that the fix has been implemented and the incident resolved. Support tickets can now again be created from our help center. We will run a problem investigation to understand what happened and how to prevent it from happening again.

We have identified errors impacting our contact form on https://www.typeform.com/help/contact/. Users are unable to create new tickets for our support team. We are working on resolution with high priority.

In the meantime, new tickets can be created by emailing us on support@typeform.com
