Temporarily degraded performance when opening and loading Databoards

Resolved

We resolved the issue and Databoards are loading without a delay for more than an hour. We'll continue monitoring the loading of Databoards.

Identified

We are encountering occasional temporary loading delays when Databoards were being accessed or edited or when Date Ranges were changed on Databoards.

The issue could have been identified by seeing the loading bar “Please wait. Preparing your data” on Datablocks for more than a few minutes.

Data continues to sync as expected. The delays are associated only with loading the visualizations of the synced data.
