The issues experienced with our call-in system yesterday have been resolved. Calls are routing properly this morning.

Investigating
There is currently an issue with our call-in system. Callers receive a message saying that we are closed. WE ARE NOT CLOSED. Some clients have been able to get through, but it is inconsistent. If you are unable to get through, please email softhelp@csiu.org or put a ticket in using the Online Support Center.
