We have identified why the switch dropped offline and have implemented a remedy to bring this switch back online, the true cause is still under investigation.

Investigating
We have been alerted to a network disruption to a single switch in our SYD2 Datacenter, ES-2-29, services on this switch are affected only.
We have network engineers heading on site to investigate this device as remote attempts to bring the switch back online have failed.
