Reporting from the exports page should now work normally (including PowerBI). Please open a support ticket if you're still seeing issues.

Investigating
The dev team are investigating an issue where reports from the exports page are hanging with a "running" message. This will also impact refreshing data in the Power BI connector if it is being used.
