Investigating
We have identified an issue in California site where some customers may experience DNS latency when resolving queries using BloxOne Threat Defense Cloud. While we are investigating the root cause, the DNS traffic has been automatically re-routed to the nearest site without loss of service.

We are working to fix the issue as soon as possible and will provide updates on the situation as we make progress.
