Monitoring

The API client secret had expired information that has been refreshed. The team will continue to monitor the user sync process, but normal operations appear to have returned.

Investigating

Reports of User Sync to Microsoft 365 failing with a 401 error have been reported. The problem is not widespread, but several domains have reported the issue. We are investigating the reports.
