After the actions taken by our responsible team, we noticed that the emails were sent again and there is a small delay, however the scenario is back to normal.

Identified

Context: In the analysis, the scenario related to the service that has the functionality of sending an email within the Blip platform has been degraded.

What impact will be noticed: Report for Broadcast, Growth, receipt of link to change password, export of service history report.

Actions in progress: A recreation of new endpoints for the service is being carried out and after that we will carry out an emergency change to replicate the correction.
Functionality stabilization forecast: 17:00
