- Secure mode: The 3DSecure authentication has failed
- Transaction blocked by Fraud Policy
- Secure mode: The card is not compatible with 3DSecure

Who is affected:
- This is a global issue that seems to affect all countries and currencies.
- Preauthorization, Direct and Web Payin.

The error rate has significantly decreased since 10:31AM UTC. We will continue to monitor the situation.
