We have resolved the issue with our Ropsten logs API and will continue to monitor the service for any further issues.

Identified

We have identified an issue related to frequent very large reorgs on Ropsten, and have started a remediation process for our logs API. Recent logs may not be available via either HTTP or WebSocket while this process completes, other APIs should no longer be affected.

We're investigating an intermittent issue with certain APIs on Ropsten, including those pertaining to logs and filters and RPC over WebSocket.
