Our upstream provider has restored backup at 10:33 AM UTC. Treasure Reporting is back in service.
[Update 2021-07-19 13:35] This incident happened at 09:20 AM UTC. The upstream provider had storage issues and they had restored back up at 10:33 AM UTC. The backup is dated as of July 19, 2021, 6:44:32 AM UTC. There is a chance that some of the charts/dashboards that were created and/or changed between 6:44 and 9:20 UTC may have been reverted.

We have confirmed the issue has been resolved on our side. But, we have been asking our upstream provider whether this incident was resolved.

First, we announce Insights (beta) has an issue, but it is Treasure Reporting. The title was wrong and has been corrected.
