The sending of Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes is no longer experiencing delays. We’ve identified and addressed the cause of the delays that began at 10:40am ET on November 16, 2020. The issue is now fully resolved. 2FA codes requested during the delay have expired for security reasons, and customers can now request new 2FA codes.

We’re monitoring the tools closely to ensure all processes recover properly.

Update
Email notifications for confirming login in HubSpot experienced delays of up to 10min. This impacted customers’ ability to log into HubSpot. While that issue has been resolved, our team is investigating the cause of an unrelated 2FA issue and will update this page when more information is available.
