All systems of API Network are operating within nominal parameters. You should not face any issue around the publishing flows. If you are still facing issue while publishing your APIs, please reach out to help@postman.com
The extended monitoring of our system allowed us to uncover the point of contention within our storage infrastructure. We have the relevant safeguards applied to prevent it from happening. We also took this opportunity to augment our API Network infrastructure to add more layers of resilience. As a side effect you should see improved performance of API Network pages as well.
Having said that, we do apologise for the inconvenience caused to the affected subset of users.

Update
We have made upgrades to our systems to ensure that most parts of API Network remains operational. We are still noticing intermittent anomalies in certain flows around publishing to the network. We are monitoring the underlying infrastructure components for further possible areas of fixes. Will keep you posted.
