Update
We continue working on resolving the issue affecting the theme's background images in the forms. As of now, we have identified the root cause for this incident and the fix is being applied now. We expect this issue to be resolved 20~30 min.

We have identified an error impacting theme's background images, causing background images from showing on forms in the renderer. We are working on resolution with high priority.
