[US Region] REST API Increases Error Rates

Between Wednesday, 17th March 2021 06:15 UTC to Wednesday, 17th March 2021 06:44 UTC, some customers experienced REST API failures. The cause was the performance degradation of our database due to an internal operation. We have stopped the said operation and the issue has been resolved.
