Identified

We have identified an issue where Bitbucket is not accessible using Firefox 72.x versions and potentially other older versions of Firefox.

Upgrading to the latest version of Firefox or using other browsers is recommended as a workaround while we work to resolve the issue.

We have seen this issue occurring on outdated versions of Chrome and Internet Explorer as well. For these issues we recommend upgrading to the latest versions to fix the issue.
