A fix is planned tentatively approx. 12am PDT / 7am UTC. Expected to address SOAP API performance and general MPKI service functionality. No down time is expected during deployment.

We are currently experiencing a technical problem with our MPKI 8 Batch processing services system and are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note: This issue should only be of impact to a subset of manufacturing accounts that use the batch processing functionality.
