The issue affecting the aXcelerate Mail Server has been rectified. All emails that failed to send overnight will need to be sent again. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue with the aXcelerate Mail Server timing out after 60 seconds when attempting to send templates and emails. We will publish updates as further information becomes available.
