An issue occurred impacting user logins to Redtail CRM and Imaging. The root cause for this issue was related to a backend auth service failure. Once the service was restored, logins were authenticating successfully. We scaled up resources to help with the backlog of connections due to peak hour traffic. We were alerted to the issue by our proactive alerting tools and were working to resolve the issue prior to the first report and quickly worked to resolve. As always, we will analyze the issue and look for any possible additional proactive monitoring measures and mitigations factors for similar instances. Our engineers are working to round up those pesky gremlins. We believe all have been located and humanely removed.
