Processing returned to normal around 2:36 p.m. eastern. We will monitor transactions to ensure timeout failures have cleared up.

Investigating
Since 2:14 p.m. eastern, approximately 2% of Togetherpay transactions are failing. We are in contact with ProPay to investigate.
