Investigating
As of this afternoon, we received several reports of the inability to successfully validate new Free Tier Cloud accounts. Users encountering this issue will experience a "Whoops, something went wrong" error when attempting to deploy a new stack.
Engineering is aware and currently investigating root cause. We will provide updates as the investigation proceeds.
