We are continuing to work on addressing the cause of the service instability. Customers may observe intermittent issues as we make some emergency enhancements to the infrastructure. We are making all attempts to eliminate application downtime as much as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Our engineers have implemented a fix, services are restored and mail continues to be processed. We are monitoring message queues to ensure that the service is operating as normal.

Barracuda Cloud Archiving Service is currently experiencing issues affecting user interface availability, Exchange integration and journaling. Our engineers are currently working to identify the cause and get our services back online. We understand this has an impact on your business, and we are working to get the service up and running as quickly as possible.
