Incident Report for Redtail Technology
Postmortem

This incident was the result of our primary bandwidth being throttled at our edge and was limiting our overall throughput to much less than our normal load. This issue was identified and quickly resolved allowing normal functionality to Redtail CRM and other Redtail services. Shortly after resolution during our continued investigation a change was made that brought down Redtail services for approximately 5 minutes. We sincerely apologize for the incident and any negative impact this may have had on your day. We will work to better understand the root cause and will take steps to make any needed improvements.
