Monitoring
We have implemented a fix and are actively monitoring to ensure system stability. Mindbody Consumers using Branded Mobile App, Consumer Web, Mindbody Business App and Mindbody App are experiencing slower than normal page load times. Mindbody Consumers may also experience intermittent errors while using the checkout process within the Branded Mobile App, Consumer Web, and Mindbody App. Mindbody Subscribers may experience slower than normal page load times logging into the Mindbody Business App. As a workaround, Mindbody Consumers can successfully book classes and appointments through Mindbody Web Software Consumer Mode. Our next update will be at 11:00 AM.
