At approximately 11 AM Pacific Time Friday, January 7th, the Pantheon platform experienced an extended downtime incident. This occurred when a single index server was encountering performance issues and unable to serve search requests. Approximately 165 websites were affected by the service disruption. Service was restored in approximately 4 hours.
