Our engineers have deployed a fix for the issue causing the BrazenLive recordings to not be available to download by Account Admin users. We are now seeing these recordings be available for download.
We will continue monitoring the service to ensure a full recovery.

Our engineers have identified a technical issue causing the BrazenLive recordings to not be available to download by Account Admin users. This is the recording that is available in Brazen Control Center to Account Admins after a broadcast has been successfully recorded. *Please note that the ability to record broadcasts during the presentation is still working as expected.
We are are working to deploy a fix, and will provide another update once a fix is deployed.
