The F5 Distributed Cloud team has validated and confirmed the delay in logs availability has been resolved. All other services remain fully operational. This incident has been resolved.

We have applied the countermeasures and expect logs to be back to real-time in the next few hours. We are continuously monitoring the system and currently estimate 2024-04-27 05:00 UTC for recovery.

Investigating
F5 Distributed Cloud team noticed a performance degradation to logging availability and responsiveness in the Distributed Cloud console. Traffic processing is not impacted. The team is working on identifying the issue
