Update
We are continuing to monitor our third-party service provider for updates. Service has not been restored by the third-party email provider. Once service is restored, the majority of emails that were not sent during the outage will be resent.

Investigating
Our third-party email delivery provider has been experiencing an outage since Jan 4th, 2:10 PM PST, causing a delay in notification delivery for all Rippling emails (including password resets). We are investigating this issue with the third-party provider.
