Investigating
MTN SA are failing to return a portion of delivery receipts and replies. All of our testing and feedback indicates that messages are still being received on handsets, so please do not resubmit any messages that you believe may be affected.

Type: DLR and MO degradation
Impact: Customers may experience irregular delivery with inconsistent delivery receipts and replies to and from MTN SA.
