Some users are unable to login to the Dashboard

Some users have contacted us to inform that they were unable to login to the Dashboard, which was showing the message "Something went wrong! Please try again later".

The issue started at 17:30 BST and lasted 5 minutes.

We identified the source of the problem and quickly deployed a fix, and it was caused by a temporary surge of internal requests hitting one of our databases.

We have now created safeguards to prevent the same problem from happening again.
