Contributing Factor(s)

A field for clinical note rendering was modified during routine software deployments. The modification caused rendering issues for providers signing/locking their notes.

Impact

Providers were unable to sign/lock notes without rendering errors from 10/20/21 21:41 to 10/21/21 13:30

Corrective Actions

Engineering began developing a fix to correct the rendering error once notified. The fix was tested and deployed to the production environment, resolving the error.

Please note: Locked notes that rendered with the note body running into the signature must be unlocked and then signed & locked again in order to correct the formatting problem.

Investigating
Beginning this morning, we are investigating an issue reported in which the body of clinical notes exceeding one page continues on into the signature section of the note. Our team is working with the highest priority to resolve this issue now. We will follow up here with additional updates regarding the progress.
