We are currently restoring the data for all communities and are on track for this to be completed by EOD tomorrow CET.

Identified
We have identified an issue with the Salesforce engagement dashboard and the Salesforce export integration, this appears to be affecting both the EU + US regions.
To fix this we are having to restore the data from backup - we estimate this may take up to 2 days to fully restore.
We will be keeping updating this page with the progress of this fix and data restoration.
