Update
We continue to see an improvement in performance. A small subset of customers may continue to experience a delay in processing newly uploaded videos.

Identified
We have identified an issue with an upstream provider which is causing delays with processing newly uploaded content. We advise customers who are experiencing delays with content uploaded more than 30 minutes from this post to initiate a new upload in the meantime.

We are investigating an issue that may cause delays in the uploading and transcoding of new content. Delivery of existing content is not affected.
