Upserve Engineering has received reports of some venues unable to accept Online Orders or other symptomatic behaviors such as Offline Mode. Offline Mode allows you to continue operating and collecting credit card payments. More on offline mode here: http://bit.ly/bcomode. Engineers are currently working to remediate the issue.
